Damage During Shipping: If your watch arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.

Approval: If the watch is confirmed to be significantly different than described, we will approve your refund.

Return Shipping: Please ensure the watch is securely packaged for return shipping. We will then provide you with an overnight insured label.
